When marketing to the small business owner, you must take into account that as people age, they have a much higher tolerance to standard and widely used marketing techniques. Using your personality, integrity and knowledge are important when marketing to the small business owner. They were once where you are today and will respect you if your honest work ethic. They are generally hardworking and recognize it in others.
