What surprised me is that a majority of our citizens are using these online services and just a few individuals go to these offices in person, although there are customer service personnel always waiting for those who may come to the office. I learned that since they made these developments, their workload has really reduced because it is easier to deal with these online claims than long queues. People should make good use of these government services because the government will never realize its goals if we will not use them.
